Most frequent questions and answers
From the moment you order we are working on your bat. The custom painting process takes about three days to cure, and after that we send the bats to UPS. They will take anwhere from 3-7 days to deliver depending on what part of the US you live in. Most orders are delivered within a week. All orders ship from the East Coast, next to a central UPS Shipping location outside Pittsburgh, PA.
For large orders of 10 bats or more, please visit our Contact Us page and get in touch. We offer discounts for a range of bat quantities from 10 to 100. These make great gifts for teams, special events, commemorative games, and much more. We’re happy to help make your special occasions memorable and we will knock it out of the park for you!
The online bat builder works like any other item you’ve bought online, just select your color options and add it to the cart! You cool part is that you can see the bat change on screen to match your choices and even save out a picture of it before you buy! You start by selecting a base color, then move on to handle and knob colors, handle and barrel accent styles and colors, and select your finishing options. The price is then calculated based on your options.
Please let us know as soon as possible via our Contact Us page and we’ll take it up with the umpire, I mean UPS. We will send you a free label to print, and you return the damaged item. Then, we’ll send you a new product just as you ordered, and everyone comes out a winner. Please Note: Some items are NOT returnable, such as clearance items and we are NOT responsible for broken bats during gameplay.

It all depends on what shipments we get from the manufacturers since the bats we receive are already cut. We are working on bringing this process in-house in the future for more custom cut options. The wood type varies as well, but will be either birch, maple, or ash. We only use the best cuts to make sure your bat lasts as long as possible.
